Warranty Policy

Mobiwix refurbished devices carry 12 months assured device service warranty.

Please follow below steps to claim your device warranty. Mobiwix provides upto 12 months warranty on refurbished mobiles and you claim your device warranty easily in simple steps.

1. Raise a warranty request from this link Claim Warranty
2. Free device pickup will be arranged from your home
3. Please keep device properly packed with all accessories and box to avoid damage in transit
4. Once we receive the device and inspect. Our team will update you accordingly the estimate time for service
5. We will dispatch the product to your address with free delivery in initial 3 months. minimal amount of Rs 100 delivery charge will be added to shipment if warranty time has lapsed 3 months. Please note : there will be no service charge until 12 months( or up to when device is in warranty)
6. Physical damage products are not covered under warranty. In case, if you have received damaged product , please raise return/replacement request within 15 days of delivery.

Following conditions are not eligible for warranty claim

1. Physical damaged devices with glass or panel damaged
2. Liquid/water damage devices
3. Out of warranty devices
4. Product not purchased by Mobiwix or authorized partners.
